Cancellation and Refund Policy

We want to be transparent about how cancellations and refunds work at FlavourID. Please read this policy carefully before subscribing.
1. Free Trial
All new accounts start with a 7-day free trial. No credit card is required during the trial. You can cancel at any time during the trial - your account will simply end with no charge.
2. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard under Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- You will retain full access to the platform until the period ends
- No further charges will be made after cancellation
3. Refund Policy
If you subscribed after a free trial:
- No refund is applicable
- You had 7 days to evaluate the platform before paying
- Access continues until the end of your paid period
If you subscribed directly without a trial:
- You may request a full refund within 7 days of payment
- To request a refund, email us at support@flavourid.com within 7 days
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method
- No refunds are issued regardless of usage
- Your access continues until the end of the paid period
4. Payment Failure
If a scheduled payment fails, we will notify you by email. You will have a 7-day grace period to update your payment details. If payment is not received within 7 days, the affected outlet will be locked until payment is made. Other outlets on separate subscriptions will not be affected.
5. No Pro-Rata Refunds
We do not offer pro-rata refunds for partial billing periods.
