Terms of Service - FlavourID

By creating an account or using FlavourID ("the platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. Who Can Use FlavourID

FlavourID is a B2B platform intended for restaurant businesses and their staff. You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of your business.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
You must notify us immediately at support@flavourid.com if you suspect unauthorised access
The restaurant owner is responsible for the actions of all staff members on the platform

3. Subscription and Billing

FlavourID is offered at Rs.6,000 per outlet per year
New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with no credit card required
After the trial, a subscription is required to continue using the platform
Subscriptions auto-renew annually unless cancelled before the renewal date
Payments are processed securely via Razorpay
If a payment fails, you will receive a 7-day grace period before the outlet is locked

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform
Reverse engineer, copy, or resell any part of FlavourID
Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the service
Share your account credentials with anyone outside your organisation

5. Our Service

FlavourID provides software tools for restaurant operations. We are not responsible for the actual operations of your restaurant, the quality of food or service, or any disputes between your business and your customers.

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code on the FlavourID platform is owned by FlavourID. Your restaurant data belongs to you. We do not claim ownership over your menu, orders, or business information.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlavourID shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
